Meet your teacher, Jesse Giunta Rafeh
I’m a psychotherapist and success coach with over 10,000 hours of experience helping clients overcome emotional blocks, build successful relationships, and create fulfilling lives.
As the author of the best-selling book Life Launch: A Roadmap to an Extraordinary Adulthood and a TEDx speaker who delivered the award-winning talk How to Deal with Anxiety and Start Living a Happy Life, I combine professional expertise with practical tools to guide personal transformation.
My journey is deeply personal—after facing multiple tragedies in adolescence that led to anxiety and depression, I embarked on a healing path that included therapy, business coaching, and silent meditation retreats. Live Better includes 12 weekly live classes on Zoom, each 90 minutes long.
Each class follows a rhythm:
Jesse introduces a key concept
You’ll be guided through a series of short teaching moments, with real-time journaling prompts to help you apply what you’re learning to your own life
Most sessions end with a grounding experience like a visualization or embodiment practice to help you feel the shift, not just think about it
The final 20 minutes are spent in small breakout groups, where participants share responses to a guided prompt, then return to the full group for Q&A and closing takeaways.
It’s structured, interactive, and designed to help you move from insight into real-life integration.

The core commitment is one 90-minute live call per week for 12 weeks. You’ll also get optional practices to do on your own time.

Live Better isn’t about fast content, it’s about deep integration.
The tools Jesse teaches are rooted in core psychological principles, and they’re valuable to revisit over and over again. You’ll hear them through different lenses, journal about them in real time, and apply them in a way that meets you exactly where you are. Even if everyone’s taking it in at different levels, the process is useful for everyone.2) “What if someone dominates and wastes my time?”
Live Better is highly structured. A big portion of each session is Jesse guiding the group, and you doing your own inner work. There’s no room for one person to take over.

You get to decide how much or how little you want to share. Always.

Yes! Every participant receives one 45-minute 1:1 session with Jesse to use anytime from the moment you sign up until the course ends.

Weekly solo activities to cultivate self-love

Ever wonder why our minds seem wired for self-doubt and anxiety? We’ll look at how our upbringing and environment contribute to those pesky negative thoughts and come up with ways to generate a little more self-love.

How do we deal with persistent negative thought patterns? We’ll explore how to utilize meditation and other techniques to disentangle from the self-destructive thoughts that keep playing out in our minds.

How do our negative emotions toward others affect our capacity to love ourselves? We’ll learn strategies to contend with anger, frustration, and irritation, paving the way for a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

This session is about creating plenty of space to answer your questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, foster a deeper group connection, and start to integrate the course lessons into your life.

We’ll look at how our upbringing is impacting our current self and interpersonal dynamics. We’ll also gain insights into how family experiences shape our relationships and discover strategies for fostering healthier connections right now.

We’ll explore the negative coping mechanisms we've adopted in response to our upbringing and environment. We’ll also look at how those negative coping mechanisms— including our relationships with drugs, alcohol, and food—may stand in the way of fully accepting and loving ourselves.

Believe it or not, our relationship with money is an emotional relationship, too. We’ll dive into the connections between money, our families, and our cultural backgrounds, and work toward cultivating a healthier relationship with money.

This session is about creating plenty of space to answer your questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, foster a deeper group connection, and start to integrate the course lessons into your life.

Why do friendships play such an important role in our ability to love ourselves? We’ll explore how we approach our friendships, focusing on what's working well, how we can improve as friends, and how to leverage our friendships to reinforce self-love and our capacity to grow.

Whether or not we’re in a romantic relationship, we’ll all benefit by reflecting on our strengths and weaknesses as partners. By expanding our capacity to love ourselves, we’ll strengthen our existing relationships, make it easier to attract the right partner, and/or savor being single.

The way we communicate has a massive effect on the quality of our relationships. We'll assess both our communication strengths and challenges and learn about my approach to loving—and successful!—communication.
